Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept any items with smoke, perfume or animal odors.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items on SALE or CLEARANCE are not eligible for returns OR exchanges. These purchases are Final Sale. Preordered items are not eligible for returns as they are ordered custom for you. Gift cards are non refundable and hold no cash value.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Once your return has been accepted, you will be issued a store credit to use on a future purchase.
